The flowerheads of this plant are used as a tea and are commonly used in infusions. Sambucus nigra fruits and flowers are used internally for treatment of disorders of the respiratory tract, mouth, gastrointestinal tract, and skin, and for viral infections, fever , colds, and influenza.
Use: In two glasses of water boil for 2 minutes 1 spoon of the flowers. Drink the tea during the day.
Conserve in dry places , away from the sun.
